  My friends and I had a choice between Chili's and this TGI Friday's. Unfortunately we went to TGI Friday's.
  Dim lights didn't help to read the menu. A waiter showed up only 15 minutes later, to offer drinks. By then we thoroughly learned their menu and were ready to place order.
  It took them 30 minutes to bring out food.
  Portions were small. For a $20+ per meal we expected much more.
  On top of that, TGI Friday's staff have completely ignored our request to dish. For instance, I asked without onions and my friend wanted to have her steak to be medium-well. I got onions and steak was red raw...
  But when it came to paying the check the waiter was there and actually waited for money, all the time.
  The worst experience, and the place want even crowded, despite it was Saturday night...
  Not recommended.

  My dad and I were seated by the hostess when we got to the TGI Fridays. Nobody even came to serve us or even give us drinks! One couple came to sit down at the restaurant about 3 minutes after we did and they got served instantly. My dad and I decided to leave and go to another restaurant after that. Tip... Don't go to the TGI Fridays in the Woodbury Centre at lunch time. The service is not that great at the time.
